熟知并遵守在华法律法规，是国际学生夯实留学根基、涵养工大情怀的应有之义。签证与居留事务不仅关乎学生本人学业的顺利推进，也直接关系到随行家属在华居留的合法性与生活便利。为帮助有随行家属的国际学生及家属系统掌握出入境法律法规、签证与居留许可办理流程及住宿登记要求，bat365中文官方网站签证办公室定于11月5日举办专题培训。现将有关事项通知如下：
For international students, understanding and complying with Chinese laws and regulations is essential to laying a solid foundation for their studies and developing a sense of belonging to HIT. Visa and residence matters affect not only students’ academic progress but also the legal residence and daily lives of their accompanying family members.To help international students with accompanying family members, as well as their families, gain a comprehensive understanding of China’s entry and exit laws and regulations, visa and residence permit procedures, and accommodation registration requirements, the Visa Office of the College of International Education will hold a special training session on November 5, 2026. The details are as follows.
请各位有随行家属的国际学生务必及时将本通知转达给家属，并协助家属完成报名及参训。
All international students with accompanying family members are requested to promptly share this notice with their families and assist them with registration and attendance.

培训内容（Training Content）：
1.出入境相关法律法规解读
Overview of laws and regulations governing entry into and exit from China.
2.签证、居留许可申请及续办流程
Application and extension procedures for visas and residence permits.
3.外籍人员住宿登记要求与办理方式
Accommodation registration requirements and procedures for foreign nationals.
4.现场答疑交流
On-site Q&A and discussion.

报名须知（Registration Guidelines）：
1.由有随行家属的在校国际学生扫码报名，并代为填写随行家属信息；
Currently enrolled international students with accompanying family members should scan the QR code to complete the registration form and provide the required information on behalf of their accompanying family members.
2.若无家属同行参加培训，请在家属信息栏填写【无】；
If no family members will attend the training with you, please enter “None” in the family member information field.
3.本培训面向承担在华居留申报义务的成年家属，婴儿、低龄幼儿无需参训，监护人完成培训即可。
This training is intended for adult family members who are responsible for fulfilling residence reporting requirements in China. Infants and young children are not required to attend; attendance by their guardians is sufficient.
三、温馨提示| Important Reminders
1.国际学生可陪同家属一同到场参加培训；
International students may attend the training together with their accompanying family members.
2.请提前10分钟到场完成签到；
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
3.如有需要，可携带护照等相关证件，方便现场咨询；
You may bring your passport and other relevant documents for reference during the on-site consultation if needed.
4.培训设置专属答疑环节，欢迎大家提前准备想要咨询的问题。
A dedicated Q&A session will be held. Participants are encouraged to prepare any questions they would like to ask in advance.
